Collection of your Personal Information

MARTHA LEE REALTY COMPANY, herein referred to as MLR, collects information, such as your interest and time of visit. MLR web site information may be shared within the MLR team. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through MLR email or other public online forums, this information may be collected and used by the MLR team. MLR encourages you to review the privacy statements of web sites you choose to link to from MLR so that you can understand how those web sites collect, use and share your information. MLR is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on web sites outside of the MLR and trusted partners. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by MLR. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring web site addresses. This information is used by MLR in its sales and marketing programs, and to assist you in buying its real estate properties. No personal information such as electronic email addresses are automatically collected.

Use of Your Personal Information

MLR web site and it's operational service partners collect and use your personal information to operate MLR web sites and deliver the service you requested. MLR does not sell, rent or lease its visitor lists to third parties. MLR may share information with our affiliates who are builders, developers, realtors, attorneys, and other private and/or public businesses. MLR may share data, including your comments, with trusted partners, such as banks, lenders, appraisers, credit reporting agencies, and insurance companies, to help us and them provide the services you requested. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to MLR, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. MLR keeps track of the web sites and pages our customers visit within order to determine what MLR site area are the most popular.

Use of Your Email Address and Telephone Number

If you supply us with your e-mail address and/or telephone number, we may let you know by e-mail and/or telephone calls about real estate offers for property that may be of interest to you or that you have requested additional information about. This may include, but is not limited to, MLS numbers of interest, signing up for a MLR MLS account to save listings, real estate interest pertaining to an certain area, real estate interest pertaining to a certain environment, vacation rental interest, and newsletters. When we collect your e-mail address, and with each newsletter e-mail message we send, we will provide you with the opportunity to tell us that you do not wish to receive our newsletter in the future. MLR does not purchase or sell personal information list and does not participate in telemarketing. MLR abides buy the US Federal Trade Commission "Do Not Call Policy" (http://www.ftc.gov/donotcall/). If you electronically submit your telephone number on any MLR website or via electronic email to any MLR email address you are authorizing MLR agents and assigns to telephone you even though your number may be on the US Federal Trade Commission "Do Not Call List".

Disclosure

MLR web sites will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on MLR or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of MLR, and the MLR web sites; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of MLR and its web sites, or the public.
