Martha Lee has been a Real Estate Broker for 37 years. Her real estate career started in Charlotte, N.C. with Mary Ryder Realty. Originally from Wilmington & Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, Martha moved back to Wrightsville Beach to a home on her beloved ocean in 1984. She moved to Bald Head Island in ’90 and to Ocean Isle Beach in 2000 where she now resides. Selling real estate is her 2nd passion. Her first love is motoring out in her 20′ center console boat at Ocean Isle Beach to catch a few fish, motor into the saltwater slews to dig for clams, or catch a few blue crabs. She also loves fishing with her favorite “Bay Pirates Fishing Team” in a beautiful Yellow Fin catching the big ones in the gulf stream.
