Choosing Martha randomly as our realtor may well have been the best decision I’ve ever made. My wife and I began looking for our retirement home just over 6 months ago. Not knowing much about coastal living, we needed an experienced professional to teach us and guide our every move. After learning more than I thought possible, we found the home we’ve always dreamed of – my wife loved it at first sight, and that’s saying something. Would I recommend Martha Lee? Absolutely! After selling our house in Maryland within a week, my wife and I found ourselves homeless. Due to 47 years of vacations and trips to Myrtle Beach, we were familiar with the area and knew we wanted to settle in a beach community. Lois contacted Martha and our whirl wind search was on.
